At the crawler/toddler stage, children are ready to explore their environments and begin to show interest in other people. Toddlers will make strides in showing independence; expressing their preferences; recognizing themselves in pictures or a mirror; and imitate the behavior of others, especially adults and older children.
Our structured curriculum focuses on these key areas:
- Gross motor – walking, running, climbing
- Fine motor – feeding themselves, drawing
- Sensory – seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, and smelling
- Language – saying single words, then sentences
- Social – playing with others, taking turns, doing fantasy play
- Numbers – counting in sequence; one-to-one correspondence
- Letter Recognition – letter sounds; ABC recitation
- Colors, Songs and Nursery Rhymes, potty-training, and more!
